Marvin Heuer, M.D., FAAFP Chief Scientific Officer, Iomedix

Dr. Marvin Heuer is a certified family practice physician and was an adjunct clinical assistant professor for the Department of Community Health and Family Medicine at the University of Florida. Dr. Heuer has more than 20 years of experience in research and development in the pharmaceutical industry, and more than 30 years experience in both patient care and clinical research. He has also completed a great deal of funded research and has authored more than 40 papers and other publications. Dr. Heuer is Chief Scientific Officer of Iomedix and also regularly speaks internationally on topics of medicine and research.

Michael Green, M.D., FACEP

Dr. Michael Green recently completed a fellowship in Anti-Aging and Functional Medicine and is a Diplomat of the American Academy for Anti-Aging Medicine. His current focus is providing an individualized longevity program for his clients with a preventive and natural approach to health and wellness. He believes that nutrition is the cornerstone of good health. He also provides bio-identical hormone balance for men and women to promote healthy living and physiologic balance. Dr. Green graduated from the University of South Florida College of Medicine and has been a practicing Emergency Room Physician since 1992, achieving board certification as an Emergency Medicine Specialist in 1996. He completed coursework in Aesthetic Lasers in 2000 and continues to immerse himself in the latest advancements in aesthetic medical technology.

Brandon Bodlak, D.O.

Dr. Bodlak received his degree in osteopathic medicine in 2003 from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Florida and completed his family practice residency at Florida Hospital in East Orlando in 2006. In addition to being on staff at North Florida Regional Hospital, he also practices at Family Practice Associates in Gainesville, Florida. Dr. Bodlak is also an active member of a number of professional medical associations which include: American Association of Family Practice Physicians; Florida Society of the American College of Osteopathic Family Practice Physicians; the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association; and the American Osteopathic Association.

Janice Faulknor, B.Sc (Hon), M.D. CCFP.

Dr. Janice Faulknor received her Doctorate of Medicine and her Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Kinanthropology in 1991 from the University of Ottawa. She also received her CCFP in Family Medicine from McMaster University in 1998. In addition to practicing Emergency and Family medicine, Dr. Faulknor is also a clinical sub-investigator in Toronto. Before taking on her current positions, Dr. Faulknor worked as a staff physician at Women's Health in Women's Hands CHC, Toronto and McMaster University/Sioux Lookout Zone Hospital. In addition to practicing family medicine, some of her duties have also included obstetrics, outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital care, adult and pediatric inpatient, air ambulance, office and palliative care, community outreach and seeing patients on a house-call basis. She's also been involved in student and nursing staff educational workshops and has worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Ottawa. She's received a number of certifications in cardiac, trauma, pediatric and pediatric advanced life support. Dr. Faulknor's hobbies and interests include native and women's health, research and palliative care. She is involved in various extra-curricular activities which among other things includes being a sports medicine physician and team member for various sports clubs.

Vernell Johnson III, MD

In 2003, Dr. Johnson was appointed the Emergency Department Director for both Comanche County Memorial Hospital, Oklahoma and Metroplex Health Systems in Texas. Dr. Johnson is currently a practicing emergency physician in Illinois and has been for the past four years. In addition to his responsibilities at both facilities, Dr. Johnson is affiliated with the College of Medicine at Midwestern University, instructing medical students and residents on a daily basis. Prior to his current responsibilities, Dr. Johnson was also a practicing physician at highly respected hospitals and medical centers in Oklahoma and Texas. Dr. Johnson graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Genetics and Biochemistry. Several years later, Dr. Johnson graduated from the University of Texas – Southwestern Medical School with a Doctorate of Medicine, where he was the class president. In addition to his degrees and medical license, Dr. Johnson has been a featured speaker at numerous events across the U.S. on topics such as toxicology, trauma and psychiatric emergencies. Though his passion is medicine, his largest speaking interest is motivational speaking on the “walks of life”. Furthermore, Dr. Johnson has also been awarded the Outstanding Educator of the Year award from Midwestern University in 2004. Dr. Johnson is currently a standing member with the following professional associations: American Medical Association and the Academic College of Emergency Medicine Physicians.
